'IBC The Scammer' is using a fraudulently obtained Republic of Chile passport to travel.

'IBC The Scammer' obtained the identity document and birth certificate of a Chilean man and used a fake birth certificate which stated that a man with the surname INOSTROZA was his birth father. This is 100% false - His father is a Nigerian citizen known to multiple people.

He schemed and collected information from different embassies and law firms to identify the documents and evidence needed to build his false Chilean background for his subsequent fraudulent naturalisation and citizenship application. It is worth noting that even his ‘life story’ to the embassies is not consistent – in one his mother is Chilean, in the other it’s his father. (See Email to Embassy (1 of 2) and Email to Embassy (2 of 2))

He obtained a falsified notarised copy of his birth certificate and proceeded to retain the services of two Chilean law firms/lawyers. (See Birth Certificate and Supporting Documents.pdf). To explain the obviously missing 'Cabrera' surname on his Nigerian passport, 'IBC The Scammer' lied that his mother was 'never bothered enough' to update it when he was applying for his first passport. (See Email lying about surname). The sum of between $15,000 - $30,000 was paid to BS (Lawyer 1), who provided 'IBC The Scammer' with ‘his fathers’ birth certificate - it is still unclear as to why, and CB (Lawywer 2) who was issued a power of attorney to apply for Chilean citizenship on his behalf.

He went on to obtain Chilean citizenship which he still holds as of February 2022.
